what is an initial assessment?
An initial assessment is a quick 20-30 minute session where we take your details and a brief description of why you're seeking counselling so we can match you with an appropriate counsellor
How long do I have to wait for my first session after my Initial Assessment
Our current wait time is around 12-15 weeks. While this may sound like a long time, it's much quicker than the NHS waiting time of 12-18 months
How much does it cost?
Initial Assessment - £10
Session (Client Not Working) - £5
Session (client IS Working) - £10
If you can't manage this, don't hesitate to come to us anyway. We'll never turn anyone away.
Do we offer remote counselling?
While we prefer clients to come in face-to-face, we also understand that this isn't always possible. We have counsellors who are trained in telephone counselling should you need it.
